At Grolife, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
- The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- The product must be in a resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, faulty, defective, not of acceptable quality, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@grolife.com.au with photographs and details of the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly and may offer a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:
- Opened or partially used fertiliser products.
- Custom or special-order products.
- Gift cards.
- Products that have been altered, damaged or improperly stored after delivery.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, damaged or does not meet consumer guarantees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a returned product, we will notify you of the outcome.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
